    She does seem nice and down-to-earth. From what I have read on the net, the reason she did not get charged with anything is because the accident was not her fault. Apparently, the woman who passed was high and hit the car in front of her, so she put on her brakes all the sudden, which is why Brady hit her from behind. Brandy didn’t do anything wrong. No drugs, alcohol, loud music, or speeding from what I understand, which is why they didn’t charge her.

    haha Brandy is so nice.. she handles the paparazzi really well. Most celebs don’t even care and just ignore them completely. and plus to the people who said that she killed someone so that makes her a bitch? First of all, it was a car accident and second, EVERYONE makes mistakes. No one is perfect, just because Brandy is a celeb it means we get to trash talk about her for one mistake? People learn from their mistakes, get over it you guys. She’s human too.
